  • How do I make an appointment?

Please feel free to reach out by phone or email. You can also click here or up above to schedule a brief free consultation. This free consultation will allow us to discuss your concerns and make sure that my areas of expertise match with your needs. It will also allow you to assess whether I might be the right provider for you.

  • How long are appointments and how frequent are sessions?

Initial consultations usually run for 60 minutes.  Regular psychotherapy sessions last 45 or 55 minutes and are generally scheduled on a weekly basis. ​Commitment to regular sessions ensures that we can make progress towards goals and treatment length will depend on these mutually agreed upon goals.

  • Do you accept insurance?

I am an out of network provider for all insurance companies. I am happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to insurance for reimbursement. Most companies do provide some out of network benefits; however, this is important to check prior to beginning services.   • What is your payment policy?

I ask that payment is made at the time of service. Secure credit card payments can be made through my client portal. I also accept cash or checks. 

  • What are your fees?

45 min sessions: 180

Please contact me for details about other services. I also offer some sliding scale availability to those in need.

  • What are your hours? 

I am in office between Monday-Thursday by appointment only. Please reach out for more details regarding session availability.
